For our favorite taste-safe dirt to use for sensory play is a combination of wet coffee grounds + cocoa powder. Great texture + smells delicious!

TASTE-SAFE  DIRT RECIPE

To make mystery water, fill a bin with water, add a drop of food coloring + just enough cornstarch to make the water opaque. Hide objects in the murky water for your little one to find!

MYSTERY  WATER RECIPE

Mix dry alphabet pasta, a few drops of food coloring +  a few squirts of hand sanitizer  (sub white vinegar to make taste-safe) in a Ziplock bag, shake, spread out on a tray to dry.

RAINBOW ALPHABET RECIPE

Our go-to play dough recipe is: 2 C flour 3/4 C salt 4 tsp cream of tartar 2 C water 2 Tbsp coconut oil Gel food coloring Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, in small saucepan boil water, oil + food coloring then add. Stir well.

PLAY DOUGH RECIPE

To make this messy play recipe you'll need: 3 C cornstarch 1.5 C water 2 C sand Mix ingredients together in a shallow tray then play!
